Our on-line stores, mail order catalogs and stores feature only products that we’ve checked for accuracy and believe are a good value for your money. All products must meet our “Is this a good use of our natural resources?” test. We contribute to habitat preservation by working with conservation organizations and others to stock nature stores. They provide educational opportunities for their customers, and we share the profits, with little or no cost to the nature organizations. When you give someone (or yourself!) a gift that helps them experience or explore nature, you are giving them a gift that lasts a lifetime. Our Privacy Policy: We collect only enough information to service your order and make our website as helpful as possible. We do not sell, rent, give or otherwise share information about our visitors and customers. Our Return Policy: If you are unhappy with any purchase contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll guarantee your satisfaction. If you find a product defect (like missing pages) let us know immediately, no matter how long it takes you to find it, and we'll do our best to take care of you. Security for on-line purchases: Both our general and specialty stores have secure, encrypted programs to assure privacy and that your credit card information is secure. Cookies: Our internet service provider has a program that allows us to analyze site traffic. We can research how many hits each page gets, how long people stay, etc. We will be checking it to see how we can serve you better. When you shop online, cookies are required to track your order, assign an order number and allow us to fulfill your order. I don't think the shopping carts in either of our stores will work if your cookies are disabled. If you detect a problem we should know about, please let us know!!! |
