  • Balcones Songbird Festival   April 25 - 28, 2008.  A celebration of nature to experience birds, butterflies and wildflowers.  Formerly known as the Texas Songbird Festival, these events have brought over 1,000 participants out to see the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler and Black-capped Vireo.
