Shipping Notes
Buying a gift?
When we see an order with 'ship to' instructions to a different person, we
assume it is a gift and enclose a packing slip with no pricing on it, and a note
on the packing slip about who it is from. Use the ordering instructions to
tell us if you want a note enclosed, and what you want to say on the note.
We will then eMail you the receipt, please let us know if you'd prefer
us to mail you the receipt.
Expedited Shipping Media and Parcel Post can be delayed up to
7-10 days.
Rather than automatically calculating shipping rates, there is now a
table with shipping choices. This is because our free shipping is for MEDIA
(books, CDs, DVDs, software) or PARCEL POST only (except the few rare/light
items where it's actually less to ship first class (single copies of software,
audio CDs, DVDs - in which case we won't charge the upgraded price for First
Class mail). Please use the radio button menu in the shopping cart to tell us which way to ship.
